The Need

The Jewish community of South Florida attracts hundreds of new families and young professionals every year. With this amazing growth we now have new neighborhoods, schools, Shuls and restaurants. Our history has taught us how far we can go when we help each other succeed .

Two highly visible challenges clearly exist in the Jewish Community of South Florida;

1) Growing together on a unified path.

It is clear to me from speaking with the founders ,leaders and newcomers in our community how sought after this is.

2) The biggest challenge many young people in our community face today, is the ability to make their work more productive and focus on using their skills to increase profits or find a job. This challenge is not limited to a younger demographic as we see an older demographic starting new businesses and struggling as well.

Our community has a strong culture of helping each other and networking, but does not yet have a powerful enough platform to maximize income and access new markets for our young professionals and entrepreneurs.
